The year is 1357 and St Catherine's Fair is visiting Scotland.
We gather on Thursday evening for good food and good company.
On Friday there will be archery and war fighting. All are invited to witness the marriage of Ęsa Hrolfsdottir and Androu le Greyn and attend their Wedding feast that evening.
On Saturday among the entertainments will be the market fair, a heavy melee tournament and the Baronial Rapier Championship. A feast and a ball will follow in the evening.
Sunday will see a heavy tournament.
Throughout the event there will be Arts and Sciences classes given by the excellent artisans of the Barony Ildhafn.
How much:
Price for the full event (Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon, including all meals) is $99 bunking and $81 camping if paid by 15th September. Non-members pay a $2 surcharge. Prices rise after that date and bookings close on 23rd November.
