Finding tallow

Tallow is the white solidified fat you find in a roasting dish after you've cooked up a piece of beef or lamb. To make these candles I have used beef dripping from the local butcher. I believe this can also be referred to as tallow, which I shall do from here on. This is different from lard, which is made from pigs.
